We ship only to the address on the transaction. All orders will ship out quickly via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number when your order is processed. We ship Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays when possible.

No insurance is included on first class orders (unless you opt to add it on at the rate below.) Priority orders will automatically come with $50 insurance at no cost to you. If you do not purchase insurance on your order, we will not be responsible or liable for your package after it is given to the shipper. If there is a problem, we will do whatever we can to help, but we will not be able to refund any cost for lost or damaged uninsured packages. Orders over $100 receive a mandatory insurance charge. All insurance charges are $1.25/$100 value. Optional signature confirmation is $5.

International shipping: International shipping charges start at $14.50 for Canda, and $18.50 for all other countries. Please read all details for specifics regarding your country.

Our international shipping fees are flat, as shown below. They include all shipping and handling fees. We may not include an invoice, to help with customs clearance. If there are any, customs and import fees are an additional responsibility of the recipient. Insurance is extra and is optional for some countries, but mandatory for others (see below).

**U.S. shipping services DO NOT allow LEGO pieces to be shipped at letter rate. They MUST go package rate, even if it is just one small piece! Do not ask us to lower the international shipping prices or "just put it in an envelope." The listed prices reflect our actual costs.

We ship quickly, but can't control actual transit time or customs bottlenecks.

We do our absolute best to make sure that all orders are correct, but occasionally mistakes do happen. For international orders, we will offer a refund on the missing piece(s) or include them with a future order. Unfortunately, due to high international shipping costs, we often cannot ship out replacement/missing pieces internationally. Of course, you shouldn't expect any mistakes, but sometimes they do happen, no matter how careful we are! We do our best to make you happy in the case we do make an error.

NOTE - weight is total PACKAGED weight. If you are looking at the piece weight on your order, allow an extra ounce (30g) and then round up, for packing supplies. (i.e., if your order piece weight is 7.5oz, you will be charged a 9oz shipping rate.)

We will provide tracking, but first class has no included insurance. Priority includes insurance up to $200. Insurance is required for all packages over $100 value, at buyer's cost of $2/$100 value. It is an optional add on ($2 charge) for packages under $100. For uninsured packages, damage or loss in transit is the sole risk of the buyer. For ease of customs clearance, we may not include an invoice or order number in the package for international orders unless specifically requested. Door to door tracking may not be available to your country. The package will scan in to the system (so you know we shipped it,) but once the package leaves the U.S. border, all updates may stop. Insurance is a mandatory charge for all packages. Minimum insurance charge is $2 for value up to $100. Additional $2 charge per each additional $100 in value. For ease of customs clearance, we may not include an invoice or order number in the package for international orders unless specifically requested. Priority shipping includes $200 insurance (additional insurance at $2/$100 rate) and MAY offer door to door tracking for some countries on this list, but we can make no promises on tracking / delivery confirmation for any packages.

CJKV Characters Note: If your address on Brickowl/Paypal is in hanzi/kanji (etc), please provide an English translation through messages as the USPS labels will not print CJKV characters, only letters, but we can tape the CJKV printout on the box next to the label for the benefit of your local post delivery people.
